Timeframe: You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchange Process: In exchange transactions, after your package reaches us, you will be given the same amount of money points within the scope of the procedures. You can re-order the product/products you want with these money points.

Cancel Process: In operational situations such as orders, returns, and exchanges, cancellations are made manually. You can quickly complete your transaction by contacting our Whatsapp support line.

Processing Time

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing upon receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized items and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

You can send your package for return and exchange free of charge through our agreement. You can send your package to our warehouse by sending the current code specified below to the Yurtiçi Ship branch. SANDS does not accept responsibility for shipments sent outside of this agreement.
